§ Ms Glenda JacksonI am advised by the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) that Automatic Train Protection (ATP) schemes are installed on the Chiltern and Great Western Lines and on the Heathrow Express. Versions of ATP will be fitted to the West Coast Main Line and the Channel Tunnel Rail Link. Railtrack is considering alternative train protection measures for other lines and HSE is monitoring progress with Railtrack's strategy for the provision of these measures.
