§ Mr. ByersInspectors evaluate and report on the extent of schools' compliance with statutory requirements, as required by the Framework for the Inspection of Schools. The Framework is determined by HM Chief Inspector of Schools. I have asked him to write to my hon. Friend and to place a copy of his letter in the Library.
