The report of Dato' Param Cumaraswamy, the UN Special Rapporteur on the Independence of Judges and Lawyers, is expected to be published within the next six weeks. The Report will be available through the UN's Optical Disk System in the House of Commons library. We will also arrange for a paper copy of the Report to be deposited in the libraries of the House.
