§ Mr. StrawThe Cabinet sub-committee on Drug Misuse, on which my hon. Friend the Member for Knowsley, North and Sefton, East (Mr. Howarth) represents the Home Office, takes the lead in co-ordinating policy on this subject. I have therefore had no formal meetings on this issue with my right hon. Friends, but I have had many informal discussions with them and we correspond regularly.
