§ Ms ArmstrongWe have already acted to provide additional resources for housing and housing-related regeneration under the Capital Receipts Initiative, and we expect the provision of new social housing in partnership with registered social landlords to be among local authorities' priorities for applying the extra spending power. Future investment in social housing is one of the factors being considered in the Comprehensive Spending Review.
