§ Mr. GalbraithThe Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh has paid capital charges only since it was established as an NHS Trust on 1 April 1994. The sums paid by the Trust on its interest bearing debt and dividends on its Public Dividend Capital in the last three years is given in the table.
