§ Clare ShortThe percentage of identifiable expenditure under my Department's bilateral programme spent on education (including scholarships) for developing countries in 1997 was 11 per cent. and is expected to be the same in 1998. It is not possible to identify the percentage of expenditure spent on education under our contributions to multilateral programmes.
