§ Mr. MandelsonThe Department has a total of 132 staff in the following offices in Scotland which will be subject to L.2 of Head L in Schedule 5 to the Scotland Act 1998:
- Oil and Gas Directorate
- Infrastructure and Energy Projects Directorate
- Redundancy Payments Office.
Its Executive Agencies and ACAS have the following numbers of staff:
