§ Mr. GalbraithFollowing the publication of the White Paper "Tackling Drugs to Build a Better Britain", my right hon. Friend and I have asked the Scottish Advisory Committee on Drug Misuse and the Drug Action Teams in Scotland to consider further development of the Government's drugs strategy for Scotland.
We expect to issue an enhanced drugs strategy framework for Scotland in the first part of 1999.
