§ The Prime MinisterOur detailed proposals will be set out in a White Paper to be published in the context of the Bill which we shall introduce later this Session to remove the rights of hereditary peers to sit and vote in the House of Lords. As part of this, the Government would not intend to propose special arrangements for Royal Members of the House of Lords.
