§ Ms Estelle MorrisWhere an Adjudicator wishes to hold a public inquiry, or is required to do so in respect of school organisation proposals published by the Secretary of State, the cost of that inquiry will be met by the Department for Education and Employment. The Local Education Authority or school concerned will be invited to offer accommodation for the inquiry.
