§ Ms JowellNo scientific assessments of the health effects of CR gas sprays have been made by medical officers of the Department in the period since 1991. No papers have been published by the Department's medical officers on the subject. However, in the book "Chemical Warfare Agents: Toxicology and Treatments" published by Wiley in 1992 (ISBN 0–471–95994–4), a chapter authored by a medical officer of the Department made reference to the subject.
