§ Mr. Andrew SmithCopies of the Employment Action Plan, which sets out the Government's policies for implementing the Employment Guidelines agreed at the Special European Council held in Luxembourg in November 1997, have been placed in the Library. The Plan contains the latest information on employment policy, including the announcements made by the Chancellor in his Budget on 17 March.
