§ Mr. HoonThe Government are keen to encourage the widespread use by individuals of legal expenses insurance, which provides a means for people to pay for legal actions. In the recently published consultation paper Access to Justice with Conditional Fees we invited suggestions as to whether changes to the law, practice and procedure might be needed to encourage the expansion of legal expenses insurance.
