§ Mr. WorthingtonEstimates of HPSS spending in Northern Ireland will be published shortly in the 1998 Northern Ireland Departmental Annual Report (Cm 3916), as part of a series of departmental reports (Cm 3902 to Cm 3920) which, accompanied by the document Public Expenditure: Statistical Analyses (Cm 3901), present the Government's expenditure plans for 1998–99 Departmental reports are planned to be published 3–7 April 1998.
