§ Lord Williams of MostynThere are six prisoners held in Special Secure Units in England and Wales, none of whom have committed terrorist-type offences. The Secretary of State for Scotland had responsibility for the Scottish Prison Service; however, I understand that there are no prisoners held in Special Secure Units there.
