§ Mr. FatchettWe have taken a variety of measures to deal with the backlog of cases, including the deployment of additional temporary staff and seven day working. We are currently making arrangements to appoint five extra permanent members of staff to the Unit. Three have already been selected and are in post. We aim to fill the remaining posts within two months.
