§ Mr. Keith BradleySince the Jobseeker's Allowance Payment System (JSAPS) went live on 6 October 1996 the system has continued to meet the levels of service specified in the service level statement.
There has been a number of system releases. Each of these has been subject to review and has been found fully to fully meet the requirements as specified.
