To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster if he will make a statement on his plans to involve ordinary people more in decisions about the delivery of public services. [15104]

As part of the relaunch of the Citizen's Charter, we are undertaking a wide-ranging consultation exercise to find out what people want in the new programme.

I also plan to set up a People's Panel early in the new year, which will provide us with more information on the experiences of users of public services.
