§ Ms ArmstrongWe are committed to ensuring that nobody should have to sleep rough. We also announced in June £20 million funding for 13 rough sleepers projects in areas outside central London, and I can announce today that we will be providing up to £1 million worth of pump-priming funding over the next 18 months to support six new rough sleeping strategies in Birmingham, Blackpool, Canterbury, Chester, Southampton and Tower Hamlets.
