§ Mr. George HowarthThe 16 conditions which the establishment had to meet before an application for a new Certificate of Designation could be considered were listed on 27 October in a reply to a question from the hon. Member for Portsmouth, South (Mr. Hancock),Official Report, column 744. These conditions have been met and a new Certificate of Designation was granted on 29 September. The previous Certificate has been revoked.
