§ Mr. HoonThe Law Commission is in the process of carrying out a review of the complex law of limitation periods and expects to publish a consultation paper by the end of this year or very early in 1998. Following the consultation period, which is likely to end in April 1998, responses will be analysed and final recommendations428W will be drawn up for publication in a Law Commission Report. It is too early yet to say when that report will be ready for publication.
