§ Mr. HoonMy Department was represented on the working group that oversaw the research commissioned by ACLEC from the Public Studies Institute the results of which were published by the PSI on 23 September 1997. Copies of the research are available from PSI. The solicitors who provided information to PSI had entered into 837 agreements at the time the research took place and provided details of 197 agreements for analysis.
