To ask the Secretary of State for Health which north Yorkshire NHS trusts reduced their rate of elective admissions for patients of non-fundholding general practitioners in the final quarter of 1996–97. [20878]

(3) what was the average number of hours worked by junior hospital doctors in each NHS trusts in north Yorkshire in each year since 1992–93; [20876]

(4) how much was spent on attendance fees, travel and expenses for NHS staff from north Yorkshire to attend conferences (a) in the United Kingdom and (b) abroad in (i) 1992–93 and (ii) 1995–96. [20888]
