§ Mr. BoswellThe Department of the Environment is taking the lead within the Government on preparations for the UN General Assembly special session. Officials in the Ministry have provided advice, as appropriate, for the preparatory discussions taking place in sessions of the secretariat of the UN commission on sustainable development, particularly in relation to agricultural, ocean resource and land use issues.
