To ask the Secretary of State for Health what proportion of the patients in each NHS trust died within(a) one year and (b) five years of being diagnosed as suffering from cancer of the (i) trachea, bronchus or lung, (ii) large bowel, (iii) female breast and (iv) ovary in the most recent period for which data are available.
