HC Deb 18 March 1997 vol 292 cc566-7W
Mr. Alfred Morris

To ask the Secretary of State for Social Security what recent representations his Department has had from the Disability Alliance in relation to the Benefits Agency medical services and complaints from disabled people about the all-work test for incapacity benefit; what reply he is sending; what action he will be taking; and if he will make a statement. [20057]

Mr. Burt

No recent representations have been received by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State. However, I received a letter from the Disability Alliance on 12 March. I have replied to the Disability Alliance today, sending it the information that it has requested. I have also sent a copy of my reply to the right hon. Member.
