Mr. John M. TaylorFollowing inquiries by officials of my Department, petitions were presented to the High Court of Justice to wind up SHV Senator Hanseatische Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Titan Business Club and Titan Marketing Gesellschaft. All three entities were wound up by the court on 14 August 1996. Following further inquiries by officials of my Department, a petition was presented to the court to wind up Titan International LLC and on 9 August the official receiver was appointed provisional liquidator of the company. Titan International LLC lodged a notice of appeal, but has recently withdrawn it. A date for the hearing of the petition has not yet been fixed.
