§ Mr. ForthThe Department has not commissioned research in this area beyond that referred to in the reply given to my hon. Friend on 29 January by my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State, the Member for Chesham and Amersham (Mrs. Gillan),Official Report, column 256. A good deal of work has however previously been undertaken on home-school agreements. This includes the two-year project "Home-School Contract of Partnership" carried out jointly by the Royal Society of Arts and the National Association of Head Teachers.
