§ Marjorie MowlamI have appointed Nigel Warner and Anna Healy as my special advisers. They are employed under terms and conditions based on the model contract for special advisers, a copy of which has been placed in the Library of the House. Mr. Warner and Ms Healy are advising me in accordance with Schedule 1 (Part 1) of the Model Contract. The previous Secretary of State for Northern Ireland employed one special adviser between 26 February and 20 December 1996.
