§ Mr. Nigel GriffithsI propose to publish my proposals for new firework safety regulations tomorrow. Copies of the consultation document will be sent to a wide range of organisations with an interest in firework safety, including consumer groups, enforcement authorities, industry, firework user groups and other groups who use fireworks during religious and cultural festivals. Copies of both the consultation document and the draft regulations are being placed in the Library of the House.
