§ Ms Glenda JacksonMy noble Friend the Minister for Roads and Road Safety held a series of meetings during July on the arrangements for the forthcoming review with representatives of environmental groups; road user and construction groups; local government; statutory bodies; and industry. The bodies represented at these meetings were as follows:
