§ Mr. GalbraithThe Scottish Children's Reporter Administration's estimate to implement its responsibilities under the 1995 Act was for an additional £804,000. This additional requirement was taken into account along with other factors in setting the administration's baseline of £10,300,000, an increase of £200,000 over the previous year's provision.
