§ Mr. StrawThe detailed information requested is not readily available. The Home Office has been involved in several thousand judicial review applications since 1991–92. It is estimated that the Department's decision was upheld in more than 90 per cent. of these applications. The table below gives some information on immigration cases, which form the vast majority of all judicial review applicants brought against the Home Office.
