Security Service Act: Commissioner's Recommendation

asked Her Majesty's Government:

What action they are considering on the recommendation, in paragraph 25 of the report by the commissioner under the Security Service Act 1989 dated June 1997, that the Act be amended if the tribunal is intended to deal with employment matters not relating to security.

The recommendation remains under consideration with the Security Service.
