§ Mr. BakerTo ask the Secretary of State for Health what plans he has to encourage joint commissioning between NHS trusts and social service departments of local authorities; and if he will make a statement. [7633]
§ Mr. BoatengIt is health authorities rather than National Health Service trusts who are responsible for joint commissioning with social service departments. Officials are looking into new ways of working to further support joint commissioning between agencies.
