§ Clare ShortThe Government wishes to work more closely with the private sector to promote economic growth in developing countries. Improving the investment climate is a key target. We are seeking to improve our partnership with the private sector and consulting all interested groups. I will be setting out some thoughts on this in a speech at the Institute of Directors next week.
