§ Mr. AncramThe future of Scrabo high school is a matter for the South-Eastern education and library board to consider in the first instance. If the board wishes to proceed with the closure of the school, it would have to publish a development proposal to that effect. This procedure would allow all interests in the area full opportunity to comment on or object to the board's proposal, before any decision is taken by the Department of Education.
