The Land Authority for Wales issued a press notice on 14 January, indicating its intention of appealing to me against Newport borough council's non-determination of the planning application for a wildlife reserve on the Gwent levels. The Planning Inspectorate will be advising me on the appropriate action once the appeal is received.
