To ask the President of the Board of Trade what representations he received following the recent DTI consultation exercise on proposals made by the deregulation task force in respect of employment rights in small firms; which organisations submitted responses; and how the results of the exercise will be made available. My Department received representations from some 90 organisations, businesses and individuals expressing a range of views which we are currently considering. I shall be placing a list of the organisations which replied in the Library of the House.
