To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what representations he has received asserting conflicts of interest in respect of the previous service of the present chairman of the Personal Investment Authority as chief executive of Legal and General Group and in respect of the group's alleged role in mis-selling pensions; and if he will make a statement.
