§ Mr. David DavisThe draft revision of the treaties submitted by the Irish presidency includes a useful section on national parliaments. Among its proposals are a binding minimum scrutiny period, as proposed by the United Kingdom, as well as an advisory role for the Conference of European Affairs Committees—COSAC.
