§ Mrs. BrowningThis would depend on the nature and location of the outbreak. The powers to deal with an outbreak are contained in the Rabies (Control) Order 1974—SI 1974/2212. The provisions which may be applied is an infected area—or a zone of an infected area—are set out in schedule 3 to the order.
