§ Mr. BowisEnforcement of the state aid rules in the treaty of Rome is a matter for the European Commission. We are not aware that the European Commission has been notified of any plans by the Belgian authorities to grant subsidy for freight loading facilities at Ostend airport. If my hon. Friend would let us have further information we shall investigate.
