§ Mr. SpellarWe have begun to consider how we can commemorate the bicentenary in October 2005. We expect there to be major coverage and are already planning for the current restoration work on HMS Victory to be completed in time for this event, and for Navy days to be held in Portsmouth that year. We would welcome other imaginative proposals to commemorate this significant anniversary.
