To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer what plans he has to equalise the excise duty levied upon sparkling wine, still wine and fortified wine. [21623]

We have no current plans to change the current duty structure. However, any representations made to do so will be given careful consideration in the run up to the next Budget.
