§ Ms Glenda JacksonSince the publication of CAP 638, the full regional economic impact analyses have been carried out by the CAA for bilateral talks on air services with Australia, India, Pakistan, Canada (in respect of fifth freedom rights to India), Mauritius, Seychelles, Singapore and United Arab Emirates.
There have been other occasions on which the CAA's economic analyses have looked at the effects of granting additional rights from regional airports, but where full regional economic analyses have not been undertaken.
