§ Mr. StrawI was very impressed by the work carried out by Inspector Donaghy and his team to address the problems on the Northfields Estate. This multi-agency approach to tackling anti-social behaviour and neighbourhood disorder fits well with the proposals in the recent Crime and Disorder Bill. The enthusiasm of the Northfields' residents in addressing local problems was particularly striking.
