§ Mr. GalbraithI am replying on behalf of my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Wales. It is the Government's intention that all eligible UK medical and dental students should benefit from the special provisions announced by my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Health on 23 September. The arrangements will be the subject of further discussions between the departments concerned.
