§ Mr. MichaelTraining baton round gunners is the responsibility of individual chief police officers. I would expect forces to train only using equipment which is suitable for the purpose. Baton round gunners do not use bullets. They may sometimes test equipment to check that it is satisfactory or to help in the development of new equipment.
